Personal de la hotel Ok!

Mobilier foarte vechi in camere,mancarea foarte foarte proasta! In principal hotelul este ocupat in proportie de 85% de catre localnici si nu va doresc sa vedti in ce hal mananca si cum se comporta desi mancare este un mare dezastru! In concluzie nu recomand sub nici o forma acest hotel!

Gradini foarte frumoase Piscine multe si frumoase de diferite dimensiuni apa din fata hotelului este plina cu pesti si corali uimitori In general resortul este foarte frumos, dar din pacate ar trebuii mici renovari.

In curte sunt foarte multe soparle iar daca nu ai grija intra si in camera Majoritatea geamurilor si a usilor nu inchid ermetic, astfel incat pot intra soparle pe langa geamuri sau usi (noi am patiti) Curatenia lasa de dorit Camerele si restaurantele ar trebuii putin reamenajate

Foarte frumos resoetul, foarte curat, restaurantele a la carte foarte bune, serviciilw foarte bune

Singurul lucru pe care as putea sa-l spun este ca dusul nu eate separat de cada, asa cum este la orice hotel de 5 stele. Excursiile de la hotel si de la partenerul local Spring tours exagerat de scumpe. Langa hotel sunt la jumatate de pret.

Un hotel impresionant ca marime, locatie, acces la mare, diversitatea mancarii, curatenie. Personalul extrem de atent cu turistii, amabil si respectuos. Manageri care vin spre client pentru a afla impresiile de la fata locului si preocuparea constanta de a satisface asteptarile turistilor.

Strategia de marketing prin care turistii sunt abordati pe plaja pentru a li se vinde anumite servicii (spa, suveniruri etc.)

Statiunea este una pitoreasca, cu deschidere la Marea Rosie, unde se pot explora adancurile acvatice prin activitati de diving si snorkeling. O apa perfecta pentru inot, extrem de calma si primitoare.

Hotel pe plaja, personal foarte amabil.Mancarea a fost in regula, destul de diversificata.Barmanii foarte de gasca, chiar ne-am simtit bine.Curatenie in fiecare zi in camera.Ne-au lasat sa facem check-out un pic mai tarziu, fara cost suplimentar.

Mobilierul un pic invechit, dusul nu este foarte igienizat.

no butter (only margarine) - both at Hilton and Hilton De Luxe, only black tea at breakfast, poor cofee in the breakfast restaurants, tea service in the room hidden in a drawer - I found it 2 days before leaving; no maps for tourista, poor information on optional trips
